Our story

1 of 1 Elite is a nonprofit foundation built to develop the whole athlete - not just the player people see on the field.

Football is the entry point, but the mission is much bigger.
Through athletic development, mentorship, education, family support, faith, and access to opportunity, 1 of 1 Elite creates an environment where young athletes can grow with discipline, confidence, purpose, and accountability.

We believe talent is everywhere, but access is not. Too many athletes have the drive, ability, and potential to become something greater, but lack the structure, resources, exposure, or support system needed to fully step into it.

1 of 1 Elite exists to help close that gap.

Our work is rooted in the belief that every athlete is uniquely made, uniquely gifted, and uniquely called. Being “1 of 1” means understanding that no child’s path looks exactly the same - and building the support around them to help them rise both on and off the field.

This is more than football.

This is development. This is leadership. This is brotherhood.

This is legacy.

CORE VALUES

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE MISSION

Behind every athlete is a team of people committed to helping them grow.

At 1 of 1 Elite, our founders and coaches are united by one goal: to create an environment where young athletes are seen, supported, challenged, and developed beyond the game.
