Football is the entry point. Development is the mission.
1 of 1 Elite provides young athletes with competitive football opportunities, skill development, leadership training, mentorship, and access to exposure that supports their growth on and off the field.
Our programs are built for athletes who want to compete at a higher level, but they are also built for families who believe sports should develop more than talent. Through structure, coaching, accountability, and opportunity, we help athletes grow in confidence, discipline, character, and purpose.
Whether an athlete is joining us for league play, 7-on-7, tournament competition, private training, or future development programs, the goal remains the same: to build the whole athlete.
-
Our 7-on-7 program gives athletes the opportunity to compete in a fast-paced, skill-focused environment designed to sharpen football IQ, route running, coverage, communication, decision-making, and overall game awareness.
7-on-7 allows athletes to develop position-specific skills, compete against strong talent, and gain valuable reps in a competitive setting.
-
1 of 1 Elite offers competitive tournament teams for athletes ready to compete at a higher level. These teams participate in regional and national events that provide meaningful competition, exposure, and development opportunities.
Our tournament teams are built around preparation, discipline, teamwork, and accountability. Athletes are expected to show up ready to work, compete, and represent the program with character.
-
In addition to tournament opportunities, 1 of 1 Elite participates in organized competitive league play, including weekly games, team standings, playoffs, and championship opportunities.
League play gives athletes consistency, structure, team experience, and the chance to continue developing through regular competition.
Current league opportunities may include participation through local organizations such as SVAA, with seasonal registration, jamboree, regular season, playoff, and championship schedules.
-
Athlete development is at the center of everything we do. Our training focuses on helping athletes improve the physical, mental, and technical parts of their game.
Skill development may include:
Position-specific training
Speed and agility
Football IQ development
Route running and coverage concepts
Ball skills
Competitive drills
Leadership and character building
Team communication
Confidence and discipline
We want athletes to become better players, but more importantly, we want them to become stronger young men.
-
Private training opportunities may be available for athletes looking for more focused development. These sessions are designed to provide individualized coaching, targeted skill work, and additional preparation outside of team practices and games.
Private training may focus on position work, speed and agility, football IQ, confidence, discipline, and overall athletic development.
-
1 of 1 Elite is committed to helping athletes understand what it takes to grow beyond the current season. Through exposure opportunities, athlete spotlights, highlight promotion, showcase guidance, and recruiting education, we help families better navigate the path ahead.
Recruitment and exposure support may include:
Athlete spotlights
Highlight promotion
Showcase opportunities

1 of 1 Elite is designed for athletes who are committed to development, competition, accountability, and growth.
Athlete placement may be based on age division, skill level, positional needs, team availability, commitment, and overall program fit.
We look for athletes who are willing to work, listen, compete, respect their teammates and coaches, and represent the program with character on and off the field.
Families interested in joining 1 of 1 Elite are encouraged to complete a player inquiry form so our team can learn more about the athlete and follow up with next steps.
1 of 1 Elite is committed to ensuring that financial circumstances do not prevent deserving athletes from participating in our programs.
