At 1 of 1 Elite, we use photography, video, and media to celebrate our athletes, share the energy of our program, highlight the hard work happening on and off the field, and tell the story of our community.
During practices, games, camps, clinics, events, and other 1 of 1 Elite activities, photos and videos may be captured by our team, coaches, volunteers, media partners, sponsors, or approved representatives. These materials may be used on our website, social media, printed materials, event recaps, sponsor materials, community features, and other promotional or informational platforms connected to 1 of 1 Elite.
Before an athlete participates, a parent or legal guardian must complete the Media, Photo & Video Release Form. Families may choose whether or not they give permission for their athlete’s image, likeness, name, voice, or participation to be used in public-facing materials.
If a family does not give media permission, 1 of 1 Elite will make reasonable efforts to honor that request. However, because many of our activities take place in group settings, public venues, games, and large events, we cannot guarantee that an athlete will never appear incidentally in the background of group photos, crowd footage, or event coverage.
Families may update or revoke media permission in writing at any time. Please note that revocation does not apply to materials already created, posted, printed, published, or distributed before the request is received and processed.

1 of 1 Elite does not provide primary medical insurance for participating athletes. Parent/guardian understands and agrees that the athlete’s personal or family health insurance is the primary coverage for any medical treatment, injury, emergency care, or related expense that may arise from participation in 1 of 1 Elite activities.
Parent/guardian is responsible for providing accurate insurance information and emergency contact details before the athlete participates. In the event of an injury or emergency, 1 of 1 Elite staff, coaches, or representatives may contact emergency medical services and/or seek appropriate medical attention for the athlete when a parent or guardian cannot be reached immediately.
Participation in football and athletic training includes inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, heat-related illness, contact injuries, and other physical injury. By signing, parent/guardian acknowledges these risks and accepts responsibility for any medical costs not covered by insurance.

1 of 1 Elite Foundation makes required exemption and annual filing documents available for public inspection upon request, in accordance with IRS public-disclosure requirements.
